State-of-the-art medical equipment includes Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and a Stereo-tactic Breast Biopsy unit.The hospital has a number of physician specialists including Otorlarygologists (ENT's) and Ophthalmologists. The Excellent Opportunity: Director of Surgery/ORYou will utilize your exceptional leadership skills to provide leadership and guidance to your team of approximately 20 staff.You will deliver positive strategic direction while ma! intaining high employee morale.This position will provide you ! with the opportunity to develop and implement strong operational initiatives of consistent high quality and customer focused nursing care throughout the organization. QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Minimum three (3) years RN experience, one year of which is progressive management experience; or RN with BS/BA management related to BSN with two (2) years experience, one (1) year related to progressive management.Current registration as Registered Nurse in the State of Wyoming.Knowledge (through training) or experience in performing patient care activities for all ages.Experience with Joint Commission.
