Nurse Director Surgery/Operating Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to your team of approximately 20 staff.
Deliver positive strategic direction while maintaining high employee morale
The position reports directly to the CNO

Nurse Director Surgery/Operating Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) degree a plus
Three (3) years RN experi! ence, one year of which is progressive management experience\ !
