Data Entry Executive


 

· Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.

· Coordination with all the Departments and enter the data in the Google sheets, Excel as per the requirement.

· Presence should be required with the Concern Departments and need to enter the required data.

· Save organization data by keeping information confidential.

· Should be helpful with all the Departments and enter the data in the required formats.

· Maintaining a filing system and protects confidential customer information.

· Quick response for Email and good mailing communication should be there.

· Updating of the data on daily basis is the important task to be performed.

· Reporting to the Departmental Head and daily report submission through Email.

· Updating the Google sheets on regular basis.

· Prior information should be given to the Departmental Heads for your absentee.

· Should maintain a Satisfactory Level of Quality and productivity as per Department Standards.

· Should complete the given task on the target date and time.

· Need to do Out Bound Calling to the Clients Whenever required.

· Need to receive incoming Calls from the Clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
