We have an exciting opportunity to cover 35 hours a week. The shifts will mainly be worked over Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work where needed. The hours range between 7:30am and 15:30 daily.
We are looking for a food and beverage professional that will deliver a high-end experience to our patients, clients and staff. This role is approximately 35 hours per week however there is some flexibility available.
A professional with similar food service experience in hotels or restaurants to support our food service team. This will be a position where you will be able to show off your customer service skills, attention to detail and work with a group of friendly supportive professionals.
You would be expected to serve morning and afternoon tea autonomously to our patients, politely clear meal trays from patient rooms and cover barista shifts in our café nook from time to time. As well as clean coffee machines and store clean dishes and polished cutlery daily.
This is a role focussed on quality and is not the typical busy restaurant service role. A great opportunity for a well-presented person with hospitality passion and know-how.

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant.
Working in the general hospitality department, reporting to the Executive Chef, the Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for setting up meal service trays, morning and afternoon tea service and clearing patient meal trays while delivering exceptional customer service.
To be successful in this role:
- Ideally have at least one year’s experience as a server or waiter in a reputable hospitality environment.
- Some barista experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Be well presented, friendly and customer focused.
- Be available for occasional weekend work.
- Be flexible to support the kitchen with tasks between serving patients, clients and staff.
- An efficient worker who is keen and ready to get the work done to a high standard.
