- Ensuring high percentage in terms of fleet utilization as well as providing a summary of report daily.
- Ensuing all PODs are liquidated and validated after evert return of deployed trucks.
- Ensuring all operational requirements are complete and ready for pre-deployment of trucks.
- 100% compliance on all required daily, weekly, and monthly report (Viber, Text, E-mail, Calls, etc.)
- On-time billing submission with liquidated PODs and correct application of rates.
- Daily/ Weekly implementation of toolbox meeting.
- Timely replenishment of PCF/RVF with respect to Finance’s guidelines on specific activity.
- On-time preparation and submission of ACCRUALS with respect to internal deadline.
