ZENDESK CUSTOMER SUPPORT


 

We are currently looking for a skilled Zendesk Customer Support to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via email and chat and will also be responsible for ensuring that all tickets are resolved in a timely fashion.

Others:

Title: Zendesk Customer Support
Work Set-up: Office-based
Workload: 40 hours/week

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Support Role
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience using Zendesk
  • Minimum of B2 English Level, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge about a gym membership or any membership platform is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing large volumes of chat and email support inquiries.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers all the time.
