- Cook a small, short order menu
- Prepare food for on-site functions
- Maintain a clean, tidy, safe and hazard free environment
- Work hard as a reliable team player who can stay cool under pressure
- Utilise great communication skills
- FOH Customer Service and Barista experience an advantage
