As the Marketing & Sales Coordinator at Boehringer Ingelheim Finland, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing teams to achieve their goals. You will be responsible for coordinating various sales and marketing activities, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
This is an office-based position in Helsinki and you will report directly to our Marketing & Sales Lead.
Further key responsibilities:
  • Support our Brand Team executing brand activities and collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials and digital content.
  • Assist the sales team in their activities.
  • Event Management
  • Support Office assistant in Helsinki Office

What you should bring to the team:

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing & sales coordination or a similar relevant position within the pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales and marketing principles.
  • Strong business acumen combined with open mindset which enables to look beyond own responsibilities and to contribute actively to continuous improvements
  • Excellent command of English and Finnish language
  • Strong team player and excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding collaboration skills and a positive can-do attitude
  • Customer mindset and strong IT skills
  • Ability to work with different cultures and passion to learn new things combined with agile mindset
