PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Manager of Video Production provides leadership, direction, and management for all forward-facing digital media assets and technology, broadcast technology, and all aspects of video production during event and non-event times. This position will ensure that Las Vegas Arena and Toshiba Plaza operate optimally at all times and that all patrons, clients, broadcast partners, promoters, and production personnel have consistent and first-class experience with all arena digital content, audio, video, and broadcast technology. The Manager of Video Production ensures all production activities performed are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, budget guidelines, mission statement, and core service standards.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee all the video, audio, lighting and production systems and equipment used for general venue and event presentation including but not limited to LED and IPTV systems, content creation and programming.
- Responsible for facilitating the arena's video production workflow to meet organizational requirements.
- Work with Director of Facility Presentation to manage all media production projects for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with various arena personnel to identify and manage content creation/production assignments for each LVA event.
- Manage audio/video content strategy throughout the arena and programming during individual events and across different event types.
- Responsible for game day/event production assignments and supervision of game day A/V operators for all LVA events.
- Facilitate production assignments to game-night A/V techs upon arrival at their call times (including post-game assignments).
- Assist with development and implementation of policies and procedures regarding facilities presentation with a specific focus on maximizing the integration of all systems to meet business, marketing, and entertainment goals.
- Provide leadership and directs all activities and personnel engaged in operating, maintaining, and programming the audio and video systems within arena and plaza.
- Define production standards for leveraging any of the arena’s A/V systems for displaying video, graphics, logos, or animations.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with VP, managers, supervisors, employees, patrons, clients, service providers and corporate sponsors.
- Liaises and collaborates with tenants and all event promoters to ensure the game/event presentation content is developed and executed efficiently and effectively and to develop effective strategies for meeting internal and external client needs through creative deployment of building technology.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Two (2) years of relevant experience
- Technical proficiency in A/V systems and production control room technologies.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of management, promoters, suppliers, guests and visitors.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with local fire and police departments and other government entities.
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a demanding schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, double shifts.
- Excellent verbal, written and public relations skills.
- Knowledge of the functions, operations, and equipment of a multi-purpose entertainment complex.
