JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Counter management for billing and patients appointments diary
- Perform other clinical and administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of patients data and medical history
- Manage phone calls and welcome customer with a 5-star level and friendly manner
- Be responsible for maintenance of clinic area in clean and tidy manner at all times
- Take inventory and restock if needed
- Educating patients oral care and hygiene
- Chairside assistance to dentist, cleaning and disinfecting instruments
- Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by the doctor
IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
- At least 1 year of experience as Receptionist or Dental Assistant
- Must be customer service oriented
- Must have computer skill
- Must be able to multi task and be proactive
- Good work attitude and able to work independently
- Able to start work immediately is preferred
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Proficient in other language is an added advantage
- Possess own transportation is preferable
- Eager to learn
- Interesting character
