Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 years’ in any equivalent work experience
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft office.
- Excellent English (Writing & Speaking)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location on time & at a good cost.
- Coordinate with supply chain order processing team.
- Coordinate the required payments with Finance.
- Coordinate shipments deliveries with the Warehouse.
- Plan, track and follow shipments (Air-Sea) with Suppliers and freight forwarders.
- Release ACID # / Shipment / Division – Sea & Air.
- Knowledge of laws regulations and customs requirements.
- Ability to embrace new technology.
- Keep, maintain and update accurate data (SCM Sheets).
