About The Position:
Waahe Capital is looking for a highly motivated Project Coordinator with Inventory Management experience to join our Ops team. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, able to manage complex systems, has excellent communication, math, and analytical skills, and has relevant computer software know-how. Project coordinators can expect to work with associated documentation, complete tasks individually and in teams, and report KPIs to the management.
Successful Project coordinators should have a few years of experience in inventory control, excellent time-management skills, and knowledge of organizational techniques. Ideal candidates will also be able to work extended hours as and when needed and have experience building strong working relationships.
Responsibilities:

Experience working with inventory software and maintaining accurate inventory records.- Assist in the shipping, receiving, storing, and issuing of supplies, materials, products, and sales/purchasing order creation.
- Perform inventory investigation for damages and conformity to purchase order specifications and packing slips; notify supervisors regarding shortages, damaged goods, or other discrepancies.
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing reports, collecting paperwork, and coordinating between maintenance and construction employees as needed.
- Work on Internal reporting to track project time and hours spent.
- Complete receiving, discrepancy, and follow-up reports on inventory.
- Along with techs, maintain the warehouse clean, orderly, safe, and hazard-free.
- Report any safety concerns or hazards to management promptly.
- Recommend and, upon approval, implement proper storage, inventory, warehousing procedures, and improvements in warehouse efficiency and maximum space utilization.
- Responsible for Bill of Materials & Kitting materials per a Work Order System- training will be provided.
- Responsible for cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy in the Inventory Management System.
- Maintaining accurate files, paperwork, data entry, and processing.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
- One or more years of experience in the warehouse process.
- Understanding of inventory management and warehouse functions.
- WMS and Barcode Scanner experience preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Adaptable and dependable with the ability to follow directions and work cooperatively with others.
- Helpful and professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong Proficiency in Excel and Computer Savvy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
