Urgent Need for LOCUMS or Permanent placement physician. This facility is located in a small town with a population of about 20k. Top Docs, Inc. offer competitive pay and provides travel and lodging. The facility strongly prefer someone that will consider a permanent full time opportunity.
- BC in FP, EM or EM. If BE must eligible within a 12 month time frame.
- Physicians will work M/W/F 8a-6p; T/TH 10a-8p; Sat 9a-1p
- Avg pt census is 14-20 per day
- Physician will see employees and dependents for primary care and Occ health and wellness.
- The expected start date is ASAP (pending credentialing)
- Current CV
- Copy of Wyoming state medical license
- DEA Certificate
- 3 Professional re! ferences (Must have worked with you within the last year) !
