RN Director Surgical Services
About the Hospital/Position:
- Non-profit Community Hospital
- Top 15 Health System
- A+ Leapfrog Score with excel lent HCAHPS
- 5-suite OR seeing over 2,500 surgeries a year
- State-of-the-Art equipment and technology
- Robust service lines with opportunity to grow
- Full oversight of service line reporting to the CNO
Director Surgical Services Requirements:
- Minimum experience as an Nurse Manager Manager in an Operating Room or Surgical Services environment
- 5+ years experience in an acute hospital operating room highly preferred
- Patient-focused, servanthood mindset with a collaborative leadership approach
- Ability to provide excellent clinical care and mentor / educate others
- Team-driven and works well with others
- Bachelors (BSN) highly preferred, Masters (MHA, MSN, MBA) preferred
- Certifications in CNOR or CSSM preferred
